Prof. Nicole Viola
Full Professor of Aerospace Systems at Politecnico di Torino
Nicole leads the team of researchers from Politecnico di Torino and coordinates Work Package 3. Moreover, thanks to her involvement in ICAO-CAEP WG1 (noise) and WG3 (emissions), she can guarantee a direct link with policy makers
Dr. Davide Ferretto
Assistant Professor of Aerospace Systems at Politecnico di Torino
Technical role: supervision of all the activities related to the update of ASTRID, the conceptual design tool developed by Politecnico di Torino. Davide will also lead the Energy Management and cooling task, with the goal of modeling the complexity of a multi-functional subsystem encompassing both Thermal management and electrical power generation and distribution capabilities for eVTOL architectures.

Ph.D. candidate in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Torino
Technical role: Update of the in-house software ASTRID through the development and integration of new conceptual design routines to support the design of eVTOL aircraft at both system and sub-system level.
