1. The Steering Committee - central management body

This Committee (SC) is constituted by the Management Team, the Communication Committee chaired by the Communication Manager, and the Exploitation & Dissemination Committee chaired by the Technical Coordinator. The Management Board (MB) is composed of the Steering Committee and at least one representative of each partner.

2. The Management Board

The Management Board (MB) is composed of the Steering Committee and at least one representative of each partner. The vote of the Management Board will be required for aspects affecting the overall budget(re)-distribution, the signature of the CA and its application (including IPR,actions in case of a defaulting partner, etc.), and the invitation of newinstitutions to join the Advisory Board.

3. The Technical coordinator

The Technical Coordinator, assisted by the Administrative Coordinator, will cooperate with the WP leaders and interface with the European Commission about all technical aspects of eVTOLUTION including task re-scheduling, deliverables submission / rejection, the preparation of the mid-term technical reporting work, etc.

4. Finance and Administration

The management of financial andadministrative aspects will also be under TU Delft responsibility. The FAC will examine and monitor the financial status of the project,manage any deviation respect to the forecasted budget distribution, and supportthe partners on financial and administrative issues.

5. Advisory Board

An Advisory Board (AB) has been constituted and populated right from the beginning of the project and enlarged during the project. Industrial partners from the aeronautical sector, drone developers, software industry, etc., have been invited prior to the project start to join the kick-off meeting.
